Lady Enid visits Hill Inlet at Whitehaven Beach. Lady Enid will typically arrive at Tongue Bay (adjacent to the famous lookout at Whitehaven Beach) late morning. Enjoy a moderate walk up along the beautiful bush track, with some stone steps, to the Hill Inlet lookout over Whitehaven Beach, where we take time for photographs and to take in the view. The walk is approximately 600m to the top.
We then make our way down to Whitehaven Beach for some free time to relax on the soft white silica sand, and to enjoy the shallow aqua waters of one of Australia’s most famous beaches. We return from Whitehaven Beach for lunch onboard.

What Our Guests Say
We’ve just spent a truly wonderful & memorable day sailing on Lady Enid with Ocean Roads Whitsundays from Airlie Beech. A really lovely pamper day. Who needs to be zipping along the waves on a speedboat or a jetski when you can sail across on a 1960s traditional yacht, that’s got some history, relaxing admiring the scenery.

We had an absolutely wonderful day on Lady Enid! Nicole and her team were great hosts and made us feel at home on the(ir) boat right away. The sail out to the Whitsundays is incredibly relaxing and with a maximum of 24 people on board, there was plenty of space for everyone.

The snorkelling was well worth it; the fish, plentiful and the reef recovering well from the cyclone in 2017 and was done at a leisurely pace, unlike nearby groups with large numbers with lots of shouting instructions and little time. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful, expertly prepared by Patrick who could not be more kind and professional. Our skipper Connor was very professional and made sure we were all feeling relaxed and informed. If a quality experience is your preference do not hesitate to book this cruise.
